A Year in the Life ...

Well it seems that a year has passed since there was time or desire to put fingers to keyboard to try to capture the comings and goings of this wild and crazy family. Of course I can only write what I know, and as no one has availed himself or herself of the opportunity to send me news, I will make it up myself.

Summer Fun

In July Melinda and Paula went to North Carolina. Jessamyn was to join them a week later with Athena, but was too wrapped up in the "going off to college" thing to make it. Mark A. was working. Keep in mind, though, that Mark A, Melinda, Buddy and Athena had just returned from a trip to Greece. Oh, we should have started with the trip to Greece. Okay, here are some pictures of Greece.

North Carolina

Now back to North Carolina. We had a rowdy crowd this year with Steve and Ana, Paula and Melinda, Mark and Vanessa and Jerome, and Athena. Oh, and of course Mom and Dad. We had a great time, and missed those of you who did not join us. The cabin is looking great. Scott and family has just returned from their trip South. They will have to fill us in there.

The French Connection

Mark is going back to France September 19 (if the NorthWest strike is settled). We will miss him, but I am sure that Jerome and Vanessa need him more than we do. Aren't they cute?
